Searching for Sevenoaks activities to keep your little ones entertained this Half Term? Check out our fantastic child-friendly cupcake baking and decorating class for a mentally stimulating workshop that will teach your kids some brilliant baking skills.
Children learn from a fantastic local cake designer, who'll guide them through an amazing hands-on activity that will make sponge and icing seem like a piece of cake. You could even join in for some fun parent-child bonding!
Don't worry if this is your child's first time getting creative with cupcakes, all our Sevenoaks cooking classes are suitable for beginners and focus on creating a welcoming environment where everyone can learn and have fun together.
This cupcake class from The Pink Kitchen will begin with a short introduction from your child's talented teacher, who'll demonstrate some of the techniques they'll be using before they head over to their station to create some baking and decorations.
Your child's teacher will be on hand to provide guidance and answer any questions they may have as they get their hands messy creating some amazing cupcakes.
At the end of the class, your little one will feel relaxed after spending time away from the tablets to learn something new. They'll head home with some fresh skills and even potential new friends - not to mention their beautiful baked goods!

This class is suitable for 4 to 11 years. All kids must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Class duration 1.5 hours

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts , Alcohol and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Whilst we have rigid cross-contamination prevention procedures, products may contain traces and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.

Orders can be collected from our Studio in Otford. Alternatively, we hand-deliver brownies, cakes and cupcakes or send by courier to selected postcodes in Kent and London* area. Cookies are baked to order and freshly shipped UK-wide for a flat fee using Royal Mail postage.

Our Brownies, Cakes, and Cupcakes can stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight or in the fridge. If refrigerated, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

Please note that the 2 tiers or more cakes contain internal supports such as cocktail sticks and dowels which will need to be removed prior to serving.

Our NY Cookies stay fresh for around five days, but for the tastiest experience, we suggest enjoying them within three days. They're best enjoyed at room temperature, or for an extra yummy treat, pop them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before digging in! Enjoy!

If you need to cancel or amend an online order you must contact us with a written cancellation notice, which you can send by email to us hello@thepinkkitchen.co.uk before 5 pm on the day the order was placed. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the products ordered and your order reference number. Unfortunately, after this time it will not be possible to cancel an order.
