WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
Answer richteWe only use the best ingredients we can get our hands on. We only use organic free range eggs - We use Britsh butter. We also use Callebaut cocoa powder and the finest chocolates from Belgium. Our fruit is all fresh and we hand-make all our sauces, compotes, fillings and caramels.
CAN YOU DO BESPOKE CAKES AND CUPCAKES?
Yes we do bespoke cakes and cupcakes. Please call us to request your bespoke order or send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture reference.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
Almost all of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
DO YOU SELL ANY VEGAN PRODUCTS?
We absolutely do! Check out our cakes, cupcakes and brownies for which flavours are currently available. We have cross-contamination prevention procedures in place but all our products may contain traces of dairy or egg.
DO YOU SELL ANY GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS?
Our Gluten Free cakes, cupcakes and brownies are baked without gluten however they are made in an environment that uses gluten based products on a daily basis. We have cross-contamination prevention procedures in place but all our products may contain traces of gluten.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NUT-SAFE?
We cannot guarantee that our products don't contain traces of nuts. Although a product may not contain nuts, all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. we have robust cross-contamination prevention procedures in place. We bake with care and attention to detail but sometimes a piece of eggshell, fruit seeds or stones can make its way into our cakes.
HOW SHOULD I STORE CAKES AND HOW LONG DO THEY KEEP FOR?
They should keep well up to 5 days they will need to be stored in a cool, dark and dry space, out of direct sunlight or in the fridge. If you keep the cake in the fridge please allow 30min out of the fridge before serving.
Please note that the 2 tiers or more cakes contain internal supports such as cocktail sticks and dowels which will need to
be removed prior to serving.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CUPCAKES AND HOW LONG DO THEY KEEP FOR?
If it doesn’t vanish instantly, they will keep for up to two days. You can freezer your cupcakes very well for 2 months.
HOW SHOULD I STORE BROWNIES AND HOW LONG DO THEY KEEP FOR?
Our brownies are best stored in the fridge and will keep for a week. At room temperature, they will be good for four days.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?
We require two days notice for cupcakes and three days for big cakes. We may be able to help at shorter notice so please call 07544499768 or email us email@example.com
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY A CAKE, CUPCAKE OR BROWNIE?
No accounts are optional. We offer a super quick checkout, and you can save your details using your browser for even quicker repeat checkout should you wish. To receive news etc you can sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO?
Your confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received - please contact us if you haven't received a confirmation after payment has been made.
Occasionally our confirmation email may find its way into your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders and allow plenty of time for the confirmation email to be sent through - it may not be received immediately. If you still have not received a confirmation email on the day the order is placed please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No minimum orders.
HOW DO I AMEND AN ORDER?
If you wish to amend an order you must contact us with 3 days notice for cupcakes and 4 days notice for layer cakes. Orders placed with customised decorations or flavours cannot be amended after the order has been placed.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel or amend an online order you must contact us with a written cancellation notice, which you can send by email to us email@example.com before 5 pm on the day the order was placed. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the products ordered and your order reference number. Unfortunately, after this time it will not be possible to cancel an order.
Bespoke cakes and wedding cakes deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances due to any loss of business arising from turning away other bookings on that date.
- Full payments made less than 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date are non-refundable.
- Full payments made more than 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled more than 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date.
- We cannot refund the cost of any orders cancelled with less than 4 week’s notice.
- Orders paid in full and cancelled with more than 4 weeks notice will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, then we will give you as much notice as possible, and discuss the matter with you and try to agree a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full price to you.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Our Kent delivery map can be found on the delivery page. Our Anytime Delivery (between 8am - 5pm) is currently £6 and orders can be delivered every day. Please contact us for London deliveries.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?
Orders can be collected from our Studio in Otford. (9a High Street Otford -Sevenoaks Kent TN14 5PG) between 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 11:am on Saturdays.
It is a brown door between a florist shop and a kitchen shop in Otford High Street.
Please be aware when collecting large cakes, these can be extremely heavy and the boxes they come in can be very large. We strongly recommend arranging suitable transport to collect large cakes or cupcakes.

Our layers cakes are three sponges layers with two layers of filling.
- 6" 8-10 portions
- 8" 15-20 portions
- 10" 25-20 portions
- 12" 35-40 portions.
WHEN DO WE HAVE PLACE OUR WEDDING CAKE ORDER?
We take orders for up to six months in advance for weddings and large events. However, if you are a last-minute couple please call us and will do our very best to accommodate your wedding.
DO YOU DELIVER WEDDING CAKES ANYWHERE IN THE UK?
We are happy to deliver our 3 or 4-tier cakes anywhere in England however our smaller cakes are limited to Kent and surrounding areas. The cost of delivery obviously depends on the distance the cake needs to travel. We can quote delivery further afield upon enquiry.
CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We have free from cakes: vegan/egg free/dairy free and gluten free.
All our cakes are vegetarian produced in premises where we also use nuts, milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten).
DO YOU OFFER DESSERT TABLES?
We specialise in very end dessert tables for large weddings. Please get in touch for more information. We just provide cakes and desserts. We don’t provide table decorations and cake stands.

Yes you can have fresh flowers in your wedding cake.
DO YOU HAVE DELIVER AND SETUP THE CAKE?
We deliver wedding cakes of all sizes and setup it before the party starts.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm an order and hold the date. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before the delivery date, at which point all changes must be confirmed (changes to the previously agreed design may incur extra fees). Orders placed less than 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date must be paid in full. The final balance specified on the invoice must be paid by the Buyer 4 weeks before the delivery date. Payment can be made earlier if you wish. Failure to complete payment 4 weeks before the delivery date may result in your order being cancelled. By making a payment the Buyer is accepting our Terms and Conditions.
DO YOU OFFER A TASTAING CONSULTATION OR SAMPLING?
Please contact us to book your sample box with your favourite flavours. We can do your consultations at the venue or in the best place for the couple. We are unable to accept visitors at our production premises.
