Shipping  Policy

1. Dispatch Schedule

To ensure you receive the freshest possible treats, we bake to order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Dispatch Days: We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid your cookies sitting in a sorting office over the weekend. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship all orders via Royal Mail first class. 

  • First Class Shipping : £5.99 – Usually arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

3. Packaging & Freshness

Our cookies are heat-sealed or individually wrapped to maintain peak freshness during transit. We use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Pro Tip: If your cookies arrive a little cool, pop them in a microwave for 10–15 seconds or a warm oven for 2–3 minutes for that "just baked" experience.

4. Delivery Address & Re-delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a designated "safe place" or with a neighbour.

  • As our products are perishable, we recommend being available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.

5. Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to protect your treats, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at hello@thepinkkitchen.co.uk  within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the items. We will do our best to make it right.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we do not accept returns.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Refunds are only issued in the event of a quality issue or a mistake on our part.

A Note on Ingredients

All our cookies are produced in a professional kitchen that handles various allergens. While we follow strict cross-contamination protocols, our products are produced in an environment where nuts, gluten, and soy are present. A full list of ingredients is included with every box.
