We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts , Alcohol and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Whilst we have rigid cross-contamination prevention procedures, products may contain traces and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.

Orders can be collected from our Shop in Westerham. Alternatively, we hand-deliver brownies, cakes and cupcakes or send by courier to selected postcodes in Kent and the London* area. Our Brownies, Cakes, and Cupcakes can stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight or in the fridge. If refrigerated, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

Please note that the 2 tiers or more cakes contain internal supports such as cocktail sticks and dowels which will need to be removed prior to serving.

If you need to cancel or amend an online order you must contact us with a written cancellation notice, which you can send by email to us hello@thepinkkitchen.co.uk before 5 pm on the day the order was placed. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the products ordered and your order reference number. Unfortunately, after this time it will not be possible to cancel an order.
